| After 6 years here, the decision has been made that it is time for Naomi to move on and spend some time in a new home. She was my very first Ball Jointed Doll, the one who started it all for me. I stumbled across her accidentally one day on ebay and was instantly fascinated with her. I had to have her. I didn't win the auction, however, by luck, I was offered the second chance offer on her and I accepted. Since she has been here, she has received an upgraded body. She came to me with the oldskin SD10 body, and not long after, she matured into an SD13 body. She has brought so much inspiration to me in many ways, including many fashion ensembles I have designed. I hope whomever wins her finds the same happiness with her. Let's go on to the details about her: Her head is a Volks 4 Sisters Kira head. It was produced in 2002, therefore, she is the old skin resin, not pure skin. She has received at least half a dozen face ups. Most recent face up (pictured at top) is only a couple months old and was done by me with acrylic paints using airbrush as well as hand painted. Pastels have also been used. Face up sealed with Volks Powder coating spray. Her body is an SD13 Megu body, which is also old skin resin. She has the high heel feet as well. There are details about her hands and feet on the images above. To me, she doesn't seem as though she has yellowed much, however, I do not have a newer Volks Doll here for comparison. I can say, her resin is a nice creamy color. She has always been kept in a dark room with no direct exposure to sunlight or extreme heat. My home is smoke free also.
